Currently, Larry is the Vice President of Global Talent at NetApp. He is transforming how NetApp thinks about talent with resilience, curiosity and a growth mindset. He is leading a digital transformation of the HR functions, leveraging powerful technology to  introduce an internal talent marketplace. Larry believes in leading with authenticity and creating a place where NetApp talent can continue learning and growing their careers.

Genoa Martell is an innovative female executive with a successful track history of re-engineering under performing recruiting teams across diverse locations to deliver measurable results & impactful change.  Formerly a Marketing professional, she builds recruiting functions that focus on the principles of talent attraction  and recruitment marketing.  She has lived and worked in Europe, Canada and the United States.

Shaun helps organizations transform to create better employee and customer experiences. For the past decade, he has led strategic business and digital transformation planning, design, execution, change management, and success measurement, often through technology implementations. He has led award-winning projects for some of the world’s most recognized brands across numerous verticals.

These experiences, combined with a Ph.D. in Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, give him a broad, yet knowledgeable perspective on the cultural, technological, and business factors surrounding transformation initiatives.

Currently, Shaun is the Director of Change Management at LumApps, where he develops and delivers organizational change management to help customers maximize adoption and value.

Bryan Walsh is an editorial director at Vox overseeing the tech, climate, and world teams, as well as the editor of Vox’s Future Perfect section, which covers the policies, people, and forces that could make the future a better place for everyone. He is the author of the 2019 book End Times: A Brief Guide to the End of the World, which is about existential risks like AI, pandemics, and nuclear war, and isn’t really all that brief. Previously he worked at Axios as the Future Correspondent and worked at TIME magazine for 15 years as a foreign correspondent in Asia, a climate change writer, and as the international editor.

Shradha is a passionate Org Design and Org Transformation leader. She brings along deep experience in this topic across various industries and geographies. Shradha loves to transform organizations and solve business challenges through Org Design vantage. She believes that reimagining the work itself while rewiring the organizational system with right leadership accountabilities is the foundation of the future of work.  She advocates for the power of curiosity and simplicity, infused with a good sense of humor - which can solve for most organizational problems. Shradha loves to read, cook, hike and play board games. She lives in Greater New York area with her husband, son and a puppy.
