Robert works shoulder-to-shoulder with clients throughout their employee feedback journey to design listening strategies, interpret data, and take action. He conducts seminars, webinars, and masterclasses helping to educate fellow People Geeks with thought leadership and industry best practices. Robert publishes external research articles on employee motivation and wellbeing, vocational interests, and organizational culture.

Judith Almendra, Group Vice President of People & Culture of TTEC, is an accomplished human capital professional with a proven track record of integrating business and people strategies to drive results. With over 15 years of business and human capital experience, Judith has led teams in the implementation of traditional and innovative strategies in the areas of marketing and communications, public relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, performance management, succession and employee engagement and employee retention.

In her 12 years with TeleTech, Judith has held progressive leadership positions, covering multiple facets of the for Human Capital spectrum as well as leading the development of company’s proprietary human capital tools, programs and solutions. Through her career, she has gained deep expertise in the international business and multicultural markets. And, she has played key roles leading global cultural transformation.
She is originally from Mexico and moved to the US in 2001 to pursue her Masters in Business at the University of Colorado. She is also a board member of the TTEC Community Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to provide better education opportunities to children in underserved communities, which is something Judith is very passionate about.

Pranesh Anthapur is Vice President, HR at Uber, where he leads the global HR Business Partners and HR Operations organization and oversees all aspects of Talent Management, including strategic HR partnering to executives, Performance Management and employee engagement initiatives.

Prior to Uber, Pranesh served as the first Chief People Officer at Nutanix Inc. As the first CPO at Nutanix, he scaled the company from 500+ to over 3000+ people globally and helped build the People function from the ground up. He was also a member of the executive team that took the company to a successful public offering in 2016.

Prior to Nutanix, Pranesh served as the Vice President of HR at Walmart eCommerce, where he helped develop the Walmart Labs brand, building the division's talent channels and capabilities on a global scale. He has also held various positions both in HR and in Business Operations at Yahoo!, prior to Walmart.

Pranesh studied Engineering at PDA College of Engineering, Gulbarga, followed by a Masters degree in HR Management from Tata Institute of Social Studies, Mumbai, India. He has been living in the SF Bay Area for the past 25 years.

Mike Moriarty is the Global Head of Recruitment at Dropbox, helping to lead a team of 100+ Dropboxers developing and innovating cutting-edge staffing practices and outcomes. Previously, Mike built the tech staffing function at Dropbox from the ground up (2017-2020), and prior to that, rose the ranks at Google redefining the way sourcers and recruiters use data to own and tell their story to business leaders. Mike lives (and loves!) Austin, TX, and in his spare time you can find him improving his handicap on the golf course and spending quality time with his wife and two sons.

Lydia Dishman is Fast Company’s senior editor for growth and engagement. She has also written for CBS Moneywatch, Fortune, The Guardian, Popular Science, and the New York Times, among others.

Ellen Stewart is the Global Leader for Organizational Development at Cargill and part of the corporate Transformation Management Office (TMO). In this role, she and her team lead efforts to advance Cargill’s culture and future of work efforts, as well as leading the change efforts inside of the TMO.

In her previous role as the Human Resources leader for the Cargill Animal Nutrition (CAN) Enterprise and the Group HR leader for Cargill Feed & Nutrition (CFN), Ellen led the CAN global human resources strategy, including ensuring CFN had the right people in the right roles, performing at their best. Her favorite aspect of leading people is working with them to develop their own leadership and watching them accomplish things they never thought possible.

Stewart joined Cargill in 2009 leading Change, Communication and Education (CCE) efforts in Global IT. Prior to joining Cargill, she was a management consultant for Deloitte, BearingPoint and KPMG. In those roles, she advised both private sector companies and U.S. government agencies that were going through business transformation and large scale change.

She holds a degree in economics from Marquette University.
