Suzan Vulaj is a seasoned global talent acquisition executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing recruitment organizations across technology, financial services, commerce, and media. As Senior Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at NBCUniversal, she is responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide talent strategies across one of the world’s most dynamic media and entertainment portfolios.

Suzan leads a global team of more than 130 talent acquisition professionals spanning recruitment delivery, talent branding, candidate experience, and TA enablement. She partners closely with business and HR leaders to deliver scalable, candidate-centric hiring solutions while continuously evolving NBCUniversal’s approach to attracting and hiring top talent worldwide.

She began her recruiting career at Google, supporting the launch of new international offices across EMEA and APAC, gaining early experience in global growth and workforce planning. She later spent eight years at McGraw-Hill Financial (Standard & Poor’s), progressing from Recruiter and HR Business Partner to Senior Talent Manager, where she supported IT, Data Strategy & Operations, and PMO functions and helped advance global internal mobility, succession planning, and cross-functional talent movement.

Suzan went on to serve as Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Pitney Bowes, leading recruitment for Sales, eCommerce, Technology, Innovation, and Engineering teams worldwide and strengthening global TA models aligned to business transformation.

She joined NBCUniversal as a Director of Talent Acquisition, leading recruiting for Operations & Technology and Product & Technology teams supporting brands including Telemundo, Peacock, CNBC, NBC News Digital, NBC Sports, Fandango, Olympics, Bravo and NBCUniversal Stations. Her impact and leadership led to her promotion to oversee Global Talent Acquisition across the full NBCUniversal portfolio.

Suzan holds a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Economics from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. Known for her collaborative, resilient, and results-driven leadership style, she is a strong advocate for innovation, inclusive hiring practices, and exceptional candidate and employee experiences.

Stéphanie leads strategic partnerships at CodeSignal. She spent her career in education including 10 years at Coursera where she joined as employee 40, helped launch B2B and scaled teams across EMEA through a successful IPO. Marjie Howie has spent her career shaping how organizations attract, select, and engage exceptional talent.  She has more than a decade of experience leading high-performing talent acquisition teams in financial services, driving recruitment strategy and shaping employer brand.  

She currently leads Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Macquarie Group, overseeing campus and lateral recruiting as well as employer brand for the region. Before joining Macquarie, Marjie spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held several leadership roles, including Global Co-Head of Experienced Hire Recruiting.  

Across each role, she has focused on strengthening recruiting infrastructure, elevating the candidate experience, enhancing the assessment process, and developing teams that operate with precision, empathy, and impact. 

Marjie earned her BA from Ohio University. 

Simon Lusty serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Skill, a recruiting technology company purpose-built to navigate the complexities of enterprise staffing. He integrates decades of international leadership with Skill’s patented AI and agentic recruiting software. By blending the efficiency of a high-volume technology platform with the high-touch expertise of a premier staffing partner, Simon is leading the charge in how AI is disrupting and redefining the talent industry for a new era.

Corinne is a writer, editor and lifelong New Yorker with one ear always trained to a good story. She started her career as a "runner" for the New York Daily News, where she chased crime, covered education and City Hall, and turned copy around for three deadlines on the rewrite desk. 

During this time she dueled with an Olympic fencer, nabbed her first fake ID at 26 and penned an eyewitness account of an NYPD stop-and-frisk. Her extensive reporting on juvenile justice in the Bronx and Harlem won her two fellowships from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Newswomen's Club of New York Award for Beat Reporting.

She went on to earn an MFA from Columbia University, where she was awarded a Creative Writing teaching fellowship (she has also taught at Borough of Manhattan Community College and The School of the New York Times). Her journalism, essays and fiction have been published in outlets as varied as Forbes, The London Reader and Lakeshore Review. She has written op-eds about jury duty and teaching in nontraditional settings, reported on the murky, unregulated world of life coaches and plumbed her own experience of reporting an incident to the Manhattan Special Victims Unit. She believes stories can be found in unexpected corners, and she's interested in how even the simplest questions can help us challenge and reframe common perceptions.

Most recently, she worked with entrepreneurs, experts and thought leaders as a deputy editor to help shape their content on Forbes. During her two years there, she also developed and led seminars on journalism skills for staff and contributors.

In November 2024, she launched The Off-Site Writing Workshop, which offers customized writing services for entrepreneurs and companies looking to learn the craft of commentary. She has moderated panels at Future of Work conferences, including at From Day One, Running Remote and Worktech.

Johanna Anchundia Bazos is an executive recruitment and talent strategy leader with more than 15 years of experience across financial services, technology, and media. As Head of Executive Recruitment at BNY, she drives senior hiring across corporate functions and is building a global talent research engine that supports all executive recruitment at the firm. In her role, Johanna partners with the executive leadership, senior stakeholders, and HR to deliver executive recruitment and talent strategies that accelerate transformation, improve decision quality, enhance cost discipline, and strengthen governance.

Prior to BNY, Johanna served as Executive Search Leader at NBCUniversal, working across different businesses and brands including Telemundo, DreamWorks, Peacock.  She was previously a Senior Executive Recruiter at BlackRock for iShares, BlackRock Solutions, and corporate roles, and began her executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles.

Johanna started her professional journey at Davis Polk & Wardwell working on capital market matters and continued at Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a senior analyst.
