Shaun helps organizations transform to create better employee and customer experiences. For the past decade, he has led strategic business and digital transformation planning, design, execution, change management, and success measurement, often through technology implementations. He has led award-winning projects for some of the world’s most recognized brands across numerous verticals.

These experiences, combined with a Ph.D. in Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, give him a broad, yet knowledgeable perspective on the cultural, technological, and business factors surrounding transformation initiatives.

Currently, Shaun is the Director of Change Management at LumApps, where he develops and delivers organizational change management to help customers maximize adoption and value.

Jenny is the Managing Director of Human Resources for the US West Market Unit.  In this role she oversees employee experience, leadership development, talent management, inclusion & diversity and all core HR functions.  As a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Committee and Human Resources Management Committee, Jenny is passionate about ensuring Accenture’s people are supported, engaged and challenged to facilitate strong business outcomes.

Jenny has a BA with an emphasis in organization design and conflict resolution from the University of California, Berkeley.  She enjoys traveling, especially to beach locales, and spending time with her family.

Lydia Dishman is Fast Company’s senior editor for growth and engagement. She has also written for CBS Moneywatch, Fortune, The Guardian, Popular Science, and the New York Times, among others.

Beth Messich is a passionate advocate for life-long learning with a belief that people are at their best when they are celebrated for bringing their whole selves to work.  A global talent development practitioner and leader of teams, Beth has worked in the HR space for the last 15 years, currently leading and supporting the people aspect of Transformation Projects at Gap Inc.  By integrating learning, talent practices and communication with a focus on equality and belonging, Beth works closely with the business to create and deliver strategies that advance people and drive results.

Erin is a Senior Director and HR Business Partner to leaders in the Semiconductor Products Group of Applied Materials, the leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world. She has more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles, aligning and creating strategic organizational and talent strategies that drive business results. When she started in her current position, Erin became the first female executive staff member in her business group and a female demographic in the single digits. With a commitment to creating a culture of inclusion, she has led high-impact initiatives related to hiring and talent management and dramatically changed female representation. After creating an Inclusion Awareness Workshop and as the impetus for launching the business group’s first Employee Resource Group, the Women’s Professional Development Network, the engagement scores for women and minorities in her group have increased exponentially.

She plays an important leadership role within the company’s corporate HR function as well. She has led high profile projects tied to Applied’s corporate HR strategy, most recently as the HR lead for the company’s annual Strategic Review process and is serving on the team leading a transformational HR organizational redesign.

Prior to joining Applied Materials, Erin held HR leadership roles for other Fortune 200 companies such as Medtronic and Express Scripts. She holds a BS from Purdue University, has earned multiple professional certifications in her field and has been recognized with myriad leadership awards throughout her career.

Erin grew up in Indiana but, over the course of her career, she has lived in five different states. She now lives in Ipswich, MA with her husband, daughter, dog, cat and the many wild turkeys who hang out in her backyard.

Kim Stockberger started her career at Disney Animation and was involved in early days of Disney University. She has worked for four Fortune 200 companies including Symantec, DaVita and McKesson. Most recently McKesson, the 5^th largest company in the United States, was chosen by the current administration to be the distributor of any Covid vaccines that are cleared for use.  Kim is a specialist in the Learning & Development department there, training physicians and nurses in leadership, communication, crisis management and conflict de-escalation.
