Rob Bennett has more than 17 years of professional experience, primarily focused on human capital management consulting. He provides best practices focusing on finding, developing and retaining employees, while aligning corporate objectives with talent management strategies. In addition to SkillSurvey, Rob has held positions at CareerBuilder and Caliper Corporation, a leading provider of behavioral assessments. He speaks to HR professionals nationally on a wide range of topics that help Fortune 500 companies and staffing firms improve hiring operations, improve time to perform, and techniques to optimizing the recruitment and onboarding process.

Julia Levy  is the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at CommScope.

Ann started her career in recruiting over 30 years ago in the search firm industry before transitioning to the corporate side.  She has managed recruiting functions for The Coca-Cola Company and Georgia-Pacific prior to transitioning over to healthcare in 2002.  Her healthcare experience includes working for a large pediatric health system, and a cancer research institute in addition to (2) large and intricate health systems with approximately 30,000 employees at each.

Ann currently manages a team comprised of over hundred employees focused on filling the full-time, part-time and supplemental vacant positions across the Memorial Hermann system which includes 17 hospitals and almost 300 care delivery sites throughout southeast Texas.

Ann considers herself a “recruiter at heart” and loves the challenges that comes with overseeing the talent acquisition and staffing functions.  Our health system cannot deliver the care and services to the communities we support so every day we are challenged to find the best talent to meet the demand on this organization. While it brings a lot of pressure, it also comes with significand reward.

Ann earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shorter College in Rome, Georgia.  In her spare time she enjoys traveling, golfing, and gardening.
