Veronika leads Employee Engagement for U.S. Bank which includes our employee surveys, lifecycle surveys, and action planning. She has been with U.S. Bank for 3 years and has led functions including HR Knowledge, Policy, Strategy, and Vendor Management. Prior to that, she was an HR Business leader at Fannie Mae in Washington, D.C. In prior roles, Veronika worked in consulting with Deloitte, Willis Towers Watson, and at a boutique HR consulting firm that specialized in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Leadership Development assessments. 

Nate has been in the learning and organizational development space for over 20 years and has been with Zions Bancorporation for seven. He has served in his role as SVP of Learning Experience and Design since 2021. In this role, Nate is responsible for leading the evolution of instructional design, learning experience, and learning technology.
