Brooke Bartholomay Quinn is Chief Customer Officer at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility healthcare company. As Chief Customer Officer, Brooke ensures the engagement, success, retention, and growth of Carrot’s more than 450 customers.

Brooke is a trusted advisor and executive strategy leader with deep expertise in operational management, customer success and retention, and sales strategy and execution. Prior to joining Carrot, Brooke was Vice President of Sales at DHI Group, Inc., a leading provider of data, insights, and employment connections that serves multiple markets globally. She has also led executive customer success roles at Dwolla, a payments technology company, and Businessolver, a benefits administration technology company.

Brooke is a passionate champion of women and leadership. As a current member of the board of directors for Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, she is active in the promotion of female leadership and on-going fundraising efforts in support of the mission. Brooke serves as the event chair for Inspiring Women of Iowa, an event recognizing women of courage, confidence, and character.  Additionally, Brooke serves on the advisory board for Salto Women, a collective for the next generation of female leaders.

Jaime M. Knopman, M.D., a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist with years of experience in IVF treatment, IUI treatment, PCOS treatment, gestational surrogacy, and many other areas. She serves as the Director of Fertility Preservation for CCRM New York. After graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Knopman received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine where she was elected to the AOA honor society.

She completed both her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as her subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from NYU Medical Center. Prior to joining CCRM New York, Dr. Knopman was an Assistant Clinical Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Knopman received numerous awards from NYU including the Robert F. Porges Award for the Graduating Honor Resident. During her fellowship training, she pursued several areas of research including fertility preservation for medical and elective indications. She’s written several sentinel papers devoted to the topic of fertility preservation, specifically egg freezing for cancer patients, has been named to the Super Doctors Rising Stars list and was designated a 2019 New York Super Doctor. Dr. Knopman is a fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. She is the medical director of Chick Mission, a non-profit organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to young adult cancer patients with a focus on fertility challenges as a result of chemotherapy, surgery, radiation and/or drug treatment. Dr. Knopman currently sits on the Medical Advisory Board of CoFertility, a health organization dedicated to women’s reproductive success, and she is also on the advisory panel of The Breasties, a community for those affected by breast and reproductive cancers.

Dr. Knopman understands that entering the world of fertility treatment can sometimes be confusing and frightening. To help address these concerns, she and Dr. Talebian co-founded Truly, MD (truly-md.com), a website designed to help patients navigate the complexities of fertility treatment and reproductive health. By providing an honest and no-nonsense platform to female health, they embolden women to make informed and confident decisions about their personal lifestyles.

Tammy has her PHR certification through the HR Certification Institute, GBA designation through the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) and is currently serving her 2^nd term as the Chair of the Employer Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Business Group on Health (PBGH).  As the Director of Benefits for American Eagle Outfitter’s, she is responsible for managing employee benefit programs internationally and for all 50 states in the U.S., for all AEO brands.  During her 14-year career managing benefits, key initiatives have included, but are not limited to: leveraging technology and analytics; persistent process improvement; implementing robust programs to improve AEO’s populations’ overall healthcare experience and outcomes; driving down cost and waste in the healthcare ecosystem; and implementing innovative methods in the spirit of democratizing health care.  Tammy is also currently pursuing a Master’s of Applied Science degree in Population Health Management through Johns Hopkins University.

ALeta Dover is the Sr. Manager for Global Benefits and has more than 25 years’ experience in global employee benefits and retirement roles in the US, Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.  ALeta enjoys working on complex employee and business challenges to develop solutions that provide an environment where all employees are valued, included and can bring their unique talents to the challenges we face.

She has undergraduate degrees in Management and in Information Systems from Texas A&M University and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.  of the business.  As a hiring manager, ALeta has striven to create diverse teams and opportunities for individuals based on their skill sets and the content of their character whether in the oilfield, technology, public sector or manufacturing environment.

ALeta works in the community through interfaith based groups, teaching leadership and character development to youth, children’s advocacy and is a founding Scoutmaster of a female Scouts BSA troop in the Boy Scouts of America on the day that organization opened its premier program to girls 11-18.

Jon Waldman is a Winnipeg-based writer. His most recent book, 100 Things Jets Fans Should Know and Do Before They Die, was shortlisted for the Winnipeg Book Award (2015). Jon has spoken at TEDx and the United Kingdom’s National Infertility Awareness Week, and been interviewed by the CBC and HuffPost, among others. His work has appeared in the Winnipeg Free Press, The Hockey News, and The Toronto Sun. In 2009, Jon and his wife Elana embarked on a six-year journey through infertility, which concluded in July 2015 with the birth of their daughter, Kaia. Jon is a spokesperson for Fertility Matters Canada.

Anna Maltby Patil is an award-winning journalist and editor who currently works as a freelance editorial director and consultant, fitness programming and performance coach, and personal trainer and Pilates teacher. Until April 2021, she was the executive editor of Elemental, Medium’s health and wellness publication. She was previously the deputy editor at Real Simple magazine and a deputy editor at Refinery29, and also held staff positions at Men’s Health, Marie Claire, SELF, Fit Pregnancy, Natural Health and Condé Nast Traveler. Her writing has appeared in such outlets as The Wall Street Journal, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, and O. She received her BSJ and MSJ from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. Anna is also an American Council on Exercise–certified personal trainer and functional training specialist, a certified prenatal and postnatal exercise specialist, and a certified mat Pilates teacher.
