Kristen Cooper
SHL Director Solution ArchitectureKristen Cooper is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist currently serving as the Head of Solution Architecture, Mature Markets at SHL. In this role, she partners with leaders globally to make confident, data-driven decisions by incorporating assessment science, benchmark data, and analytics into their talent practices. Kristen spent the majority of her career as a Practitioner at CSX Transportation. As the leader of the Selection & Assessment Practice, Kristen led creation of selection programs across the enterprise. In the Talent Management function, she led executive succession planning, performance management, and leadership development. For the past six years, she has worked in consulting, leading Client Services and People Success teams in the technology sector. Kristen is passionate about Positive Psychology and connecting people to fulfilling careers. Kristen also created TigerWings, a 501(c)3 education non-profit that exposes children to various career paths through afterschool and summer camp programming. Outside of work, you can find her with her three young children and husband at any Auburn University sporting event. Kristen also enjoys coaching entrepreneurs through the Auburn University New Venture Accelerator and is a board member for Baby Steps, a nonprofit that equips student moms to stay in school.
