Rebecca Knight is a journalist who writes about all things related to the changing nature of careers and the workplace. She is a contributing columnist for Harvard Business Review and her essays and reported stories have been featured in The Boston Globe, Business Insider, The New York Times, BBC, and The Christian Science Monitor. She was shortlisted as a Reuters Institute Fellow at Oxford University in 2023. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade as an editor and reporter at the Financial Times in New York, London, and Boston.

Rebecca frequently appears on national television and radio and as a moderator at conferences. Originally from Maine, she's a graduate of Wesleyan University. She lives in Boston’s South End with her family.

Matthew joined Hinge Health in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in healthcare and insurance. Previously, he worked at a Workers' Compensation start-up where he used data and evidence-based protocols to improve patient outcomes and reduce medical spend. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy on the Product Marketing and Activation team, Matt now drives product development and adoption across the commercial landscape. He plays a key role in guiding Hinge Health’s use of AI, ensuring advanced technology is safely grounded in clinical excellence. Originally from Sheffield, England, Matt earned his Doctorate from Lebanon Valley College—where he played NCAA hockey—and now lives in Charlotte, NC, with his wife and two children.

Kelle Colyer-Brown is a workforce inclusion strategist with more than 15 years of experience advancing disability inclusion, accessibility, and human rights compliance in the workplace. Her work focuses on helping organizations design equitable systems that support the recruitment, retention, and advancement of employees with disabilities.

Kelle is known for applying a data-driven, human-centered approach to workforce strategy, bridging benefits, accessibility, and people analytics to build more responsive and inclusive workplaces. She advises organizations on universal design, inclusive talent practices, and the role of benefits and accommodations in creating sustainable workplace well-being. Kelle believes that when workplaces are designed for human variation, personalization becomes a powerful driver of employee well-being and organizational performance.

Kathleen A. Harris, MPH, is a senior executive with more than two decades of experience in global benefits and healthcare innovation. She currently serves as Head of Consultant Relations at Forma, helping employers and consultants build globally compliant benefits programs that employees value and that drive clear business outcomes.

Kathleen spent over a decade at Time Warner, now Warner Bros. Discovery, rising to Vice President of Global Benefits. There, she led global health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs and was an early adopter of progressive and inclusive benefits, including surrogacy, elective egg freezing, and personalized care advocacy, improving employee experience while delivering measurable results.

As Founder of Cornfield Point Consulting, Kathleen has advised more than a dozen digital health startups on go to market and commercialization strategy. She is a frequent industry speaker, serves on the board of the Northeast Business Group on Health, and co-authored a leading employer guide on social determinants of health.

Kathleen holds a Master of Public Health from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Indiana University.

Elizabeth McClure is the head of benefits at Lantheus, the leading radiopharmaceutical-focused company, with proven expertise in developing, manufacturing and commercializing cutting-edge radiodiagnostics. 

Amy Noelle is the senior director of benefits, North America, for Securitas Security Services USA, which has a workforce of more than 100,000 employees. Previously, she served in leadership roles in total rewards at Aspen Technology, Wayfair, RELX, Citigroup, and PwC.

Outside the office, she spends time championing causes close to her heart. Amy is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Lend a Hand Uganda USA (LAHU-USA), a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of children in Uganda.  Additionally, she is the president of Elevate, a weekly networking meeting for entrepreneurs and business professionals that has passed over $50M in closed business since inception in December 2009.

She is also the author of “Get SH!T Done: Four Easy Steps to Increase Productivity and Decrease Overwhelm.”

Fun fact: Amy took a break between those two moments in her career to open Sugar Flower Cake Shop and was named one of Martha Stewart’s Top 63 Pastry Pros.  Google her name and the word “cakes” to see some of her delicious works of art.

Callum Borchers writes a weekly, reported column for the Wall Street Journal about people’s careers and work lives. Previously, he was a correspondent at public radio station WBUR, where he covered business and politics and often hosted NPR’s national midday show, “Here & Now.” Callum also has been a staff writer at the Washington Post and Boston Globe. He is an adjunct professor of journalism at Northeastern University, where he earned a master’s degree. He and his wife have four children and are foster parents. Before kids devoured his non-work time, Callum once qualified for the U.S. national pararowing team for athletes with physical disabilities.

Katie Johnston writes about work and income inequality for the Boston Globe. She also edits the Globe's annual Top Places to Work magazine. Katie has been at the Globe since 2002, where she has also worked as a copy editor, entertainment editor, music editor, and travel/workplace reporter. She previously worked at The Gazette in Colorado Springs and the Itemizer-Observer in Dallas, Ore., and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Madhavi Vemireddy, MD is Cleo’s CEO, having previously served as Cleo’s Chief Clinical Officer. Madhavi is board-certified in Internal Medicine and has over 24 years of experience in advanced clinical analytics, population health programs, and digital health products. Madhavi joined Cleo through the CareTribe acquisition, where she was the cofounder and COO. At CareTribe, Madhavi applied her population health experience and her personal journey of caregiving for her eldest son to support family caregivers, irrespective of the age or condition of their loved one(s). Prior to CareTribe, Madhavi was Chief Medical Officer and Head of Product at ActiveHealth Management and Head of Program Design for Aetna Care Management (both CVS Health companies), where she led the development of evidence-based analytics, population health programs and digital platforms that served over 22 million Americans.
