Five Generations, One Benefits Budget: How to Design Health Support That Fits

A benefits package now has to work for a 24-year-old, a new parent, someone managing a chronic condition and someone five years from retirement. Most well-being programs are designed for the middle of that distribution and quietly fail at both ends. The result is a program that appears reasonably utilized in aggregate but barely reaches the people who stand to gain the most from it. In this session, Nutrium will share how health needs shift across working life, why generic programs under-serve both the youngest and the oldest cohorts, and how a clinically-led benefit can adapt by life stage rather than asking every employee to fit the same design.

You'll learn:
- Why aggregate utilization hides which cohorts a program is failing
- How health priorities change across working life, from early-career habits to chronic condition management
- Questions to ask vendors about how care adapts to different life stages
- How to segment engagement data to find the cohorts you are missing

This session is hosted by the From Day One editorial team, with support from Nutrium.

From Day One is a Recertification Provider for SHRM and HRCI. This session is eligible for 1 credit from both organizations. The Activity IDs will be sent to attendees after the conclusion of the session.
