Kathleen A. Harris, MPH is a highly respected senior executive with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of global benefits, human resources strategy, and healthcare innovation. Currently the Solutions Consultant at Forma, she has held leadership roles across Fortune 500 companies, startups, and advisory firms, bringing deep expertise in global benefits, compliance, wellbeing, and people strategy—always with a focus on aligning HR initiatives with broader business goals.
Kathleen spent over a decade at Time Warner (now Warner Bros. Discovery), where she rose to Vice President of Global Benefits. In this role, she led the design and oversight of all health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs across the organization. She was an early adopter of progressive, inclusive benefits—including surrogacy, elective egg freezing, and personalized care advocacy—pioneering offerings that elevated employee experience while driving measurable business value.
As Founder of Cornfield Point Consulting, Kathleen has advised over a dozen digital health startups on go-to-market and commercialization strategy. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, serves on the board of the Northeast Business Group on Health, and co-authored a leading employer guide on social determinants of health.
Kathleen holds a Master of Public Health from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Indiana University.
